PennWest Plaza

CANMARC manages and owns a 10% minority interest in the PennWest Plaza, a 10 and 20 storey pair of Class AA office buildings located in the heart of Calgary’s central business district.

Over 97% of the Plaza, which comprises 636,700 square feet of gross leasable area and 376 underground parking stalls, is leased to anchor tenant PennWest Petroleum. The lease is expiring in 2025.
