In keeping with legal and regulatory requirements, our disclosure policy addresses topics such as material information, confidentiality, financial and non-financial disclosures and insider trading, and authorized spokespersons. It extends to all trustees, officers and employees of CANMARC and its subsidiaries as well as those authorized to speak on behalf of CANMARC’s behalf.
