At CANMARC, we strive to grow value for our unitholders by acquiring, developing and maintaining high quality properties that are accretive to our portfolio over the long term. We also want to diversify our income-producing commercial properties by investing in various geographic regions and sectors of the market.

We have three principal objectives:

1. To provide our unitholders with stable and growing cash distributions from investments focused on real estate properties in Canada, on a tax efficient basis.
2. To enhance the value of our assets and maximize long-term unit value through proactive management.
3. To expand our asset base and increase CANMARC’s adjusted funds from operations per unit through internal growth strategies and accretive acquisitions.
